Dad's Club

The Saint Katherine Drexel Preparatory School  Dad’s Club is a parent based organization whose mission is to provide emotional, educational, developmental, scholastic, and spiritual, support to the entire student body. This organization advocates building a strong parental relationship by providing a strong, positive male role model for our students. We know that our students come to our school environment from various family components. We encourage each family of our entire student body to send us a male representative for every student. If biological dad is not available, we will accept any representative that is recommended by our student’s custodial parent.

The Dad’s Club sponsors an annual “Fathers and Daughters” banquet. The purpose of this event is to raise scholarship funds for the graduating senior class. This event is a semi-formal event where a wonderful dinner is served and culminates with an inspirational message by an invited alumnae guest. The fathers and or the student’s representative also have an emotional dance together along with a moment of reflection.

The Dad’s Club also engages in “Weekend Warrior” projects designed to enhance the student body experience at the school. The Dad’s Club was also instrumental in bringing a chapter of the Jr. National Honor Society Chapter to the school.

We will continue to support St. Katherine Drexel Preparatory School from a father’s perspective to assist school administrators and faculty in “Continuing the Drexel Dream “.
