Line Dancing with The Prep

Waiver of Liability Agreement:

By registering for this line dancing event, I, the participant (or legal guardian if under 18), acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. I agree to voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including, but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, or other accidents that may occur during my participation.

I release, discharge, and hold harmless St. Katharine Drexel Preparatory, its employees, volunteers, agents, and event organizers from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event. This includes any claims for injury, illness, or damage that may arise as a result of my participation.

I also understand that it is my responsibility to assess my own physical condition before engaging in this activity. If I have any health concerns or medical conditions, I will consult with a physician prior to participation.
