Welcome to the Rep Yo Prep! Store at The Hive run by The Junior Class, Class of 2024!

The Junior Class has designed and produced the official shirt for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Description:
Shirt Type: Gildan Softstyle Unisex Shirt - Heather Heliconia
Front of Shirt: 5116 (Glitter Gold/Champagne Gold) vs Everybody(Black)
Back of Shirt: #LOVEMYPREP (Black) & Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbon (Pink Glitter/Solid Pink)
(picture of shirt front and back is above) Please list any notes on your color selection. Default colors are Glitter Gold and Pink Glitter for any colors with options.

Prices:
$15 (includes tax) - Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large
$20 (includes tax) - 2X-Large and 3X-Large

All Pre-orders are due by Monday, October 3, 2022 at 4 pm if you need your shirt for the Pink Game - SKDP Volleyball Game vs Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Charter school for Science and Technology.

All other orders will require a minimum of 7 days, please designate in notes section when you would like your shirt by.

All orders placed online must be paid for by Credit Card and when order is placed.

All orders placed with the physical order form must be paid for by cash. Payments can be made to Ms. Gaspard in Room 204, at the Rep Yo Prep Store at lunch Monday - Friday, and after school on Monday & Wednesday until 4 pm.

All Sales are Final! Shirts will be available for pick-up starting on Monday, October 10, 2022. You will receive an email once your shirt is ready for pick up. If you would like your shirt mailed please send us an email before completing this order form so we can calculate your shipping cost. Please include your name, contact number, address that we are shipping to, preferred mailing method (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other), how fast you want it shipped, and how many shirts you want to order along with the sizes.
