Home Hot Spot (Wi-Fi) Request Form from SKDP through
the Archdiocese of New OrleansIf you have no or inconsistent access to WiFi at home your daughter will be eligible for a Home Hot Spot.
Please review the application/loan agreement form and complete the information below so that we can generate your agreement form. By completing this form, you agree to give your daughter permission to participate in the SKDP/Arch of New Orleans Home Access Program.
You understand that your student will receive a home hot spot device to provide internet connectivity to their school issued Chromebook. (The hot spot service is designed to provide students with enough access to complete school work.) These devices are not to be used at school. There chromebooks must be on the school wifi and filtering systems while at school. Any violations of these policies and those on the agreement form, technology use, and/or the school's student handbook can result in the device being confiscated and your daughter ineligible to participate in this program of a loaner wi-fi hotspot unit with free internet service.
